Refund policy
Thank you so much for supporting me and my art! I want my customers to love what they buy from me. I accept returns/exchanges and will refund you the cost of the items as soon as I receive them and ensure that the items they are undamaged and still in their original new condition.
Customers will be responsible for shipping returns unless the item is damaged.
Unfortunately mail issue do occur every now and again, if you received damaged items, please reply to your order email receipt with a photo of the damage and I will get you out a replacement or refund your order.
Items must be returned within 30 days after ordering. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return.
